Review: Benefit Majorette Cream Blush

Yesterday, I'm attending one of Benefit's launching event. Benefit really step up their game this year, after launching a very first innovative their gel liner pen, Benefit Push Up Liner, recently they launch their very first cream blush! This time they launch with a theme, like leader marching band girl, they named their blush : Majorette!

Majorette - a Beautiful Peachy Orange Cream Blush

I have never seen Benefit launch a cream blush before. They always have a large variety pretty powder blush box, which is I adore it so much especially Benefit Rockateur and Coralista. Since I really love them so much, I really curious about this new baby too.

The launching event take place in Plaza Senayan, their Benefit Boutique in level 2. The launching event was so lovely, all goodies and foods theme in peachy orange color!

The blush it self is so lovely! First of all the packaging is such a beauty. I never seen the cream blushes that have a cute packaging like this ever. The packaging is combination between peachy orange and white. The container in round shape with a nice detail around it, a high quality material one that not easy to break.

When you open the lid, the cream blush in it with bouncy form. Not like Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blush, the consistency in this blush is not soft like that, but more moisture in it. It an easy slide swipe!

The consistency remind me of NYX Cream Blush, but this is in more high quality and scented one.

The color is so pretty. When you swatch it, it has an intensity color like more in orange. But when you wear it, it such a natural color and blend well. Its like the formulas stick well in you skin and not moving around in you cheek unlike other cream blushes. The spokesperson of this launching event said that Majorette is more on the "eventuate your high cheekbone naturally" blushes, and I think that is quite true.

The negative side of this blush is that i feel the color is so much alike with the Rockateur one. When both applied to cheek, that kinda similar in terms of color one except the Majorette is matte cream blush and Rockateur is a shimmery powder blush. But that's it, after that i feel a great similarity in color payoff.

Like their another blush, the price is quite in expensive side RP 400.000,00 or around US$35. Yes, such a money for just cream blush. But if you a make up collector or enthusiast like I am, make sure that you swatch it in store and buy it, Adding this cream blush in your make up stash would be wonderful!
